Our Salt lake City distribution is needing an experience, organized, Bilingual customer service rep to help in our shipping and receiving department. This position is a temp to hire with great benefits once hired on permanently. 

Pay: $20 per hour

Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail Other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Must be Bilingual Spanish/English Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Dependability Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
