Position: Shipping Administrator-export

Job description

To support the export business in Atlas Copco PC:

Responsible for export shipment for both machine and spare parts including DG, from booking, transportation, customs clearance to documents preparation.Liaise with related departments in PC, CC, indent customer, forwarder and related authority as customer service from shipping wise.Arrange outbound shipment according to production plan and customer requirements effectively, ensure shipping information conveyed timely.Responsible for shipping documents and related certificates such as invoice, packing list, B/L, C/O, 3rd party inspection certificate, etc. and submit to consignee timely.Responsible for checking shipping related clause in L/C and apply shipping documents accordingly.Complete system billing when goods is posted.Assist to institute transport claims with forwarders and insurance company as well as look for improvements.Effective logistics cost control with no switch to more expensive alternatives.Shipment tracking, shipping data maintenance, collect and file documents timely.Monthly freight bill checking.Monitor carrier/forwarder’s performance effectively in daily operations and regular review meeting.Provide shipping consultation to internal and external customers including pre-sales support.Work with Gecia and engineering team to define HS code for new products export.Has the responsibility to ensure that our business partners/ suppliers follow the rules that the Atlas Copco Group has stated in the Business Code of Practice. Areas where suppliers must comply include: quality, environment, safety, social and ethical.Other jobs assigned by manager.

Experience requirements

A minimum of five years’ experience in export field;Familiar with export transport operation flow.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or logistics related major.Good English skill, proficient in MS applications.With license of customs declaration and CIQ inspection is preferred.SAP and BPCS knowledge is preferred.
