Job Title: Logistics Account Manager

Job Description

Our client is growing their Transportation Services Team rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their transportation network. As the team continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, they consistently evaluate their current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this

role, you will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Monitor, verify, and present data dailyOvercome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real timeIdentify transportation defect root causesMaintain daily logs on assigned shippersLead weekly calls with assigned shippersLead Daily Business Review Stand up calls

This role is 100% in office, M-F 8am - 4:30pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
