JOB SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for the shipping and receiving of materials, verifies and maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments according to company’s Quality System Procedures, assists with inventory control and management, performs cycle counting, kits and issues materials to production job orders, and orders production consumable supplies as required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare necessary documents and information for customer service representative for generations on invoices, packing lists, and C of C’s. Verify and attach appropriate documentation to boxes and skids for shipment. Prepare necessary documents for carriers picking up shipments. Skid and band skids for shipment. Unload and load trucks as necessary. Confirm accuracy of documentation of parts received from inspection. Make boxes for packaging finished goods. Receive, check, and distribute incoming supplies. Must be able to operate a forklift. Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
