Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring Shippers to contribute to our Operations team in Chambersburg, PA

What You’ll Need:

6 months of consecutive work experience6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

What You’ll Do:

Receive cartons down appropriate shipping line, create pallet label, scan, palletize cartons, build pallets correctly, hand wrap completed palletsLifts cartons on and off conveyor to palletize for carrier pickup Correct carton weight as neededUtilize portable scanning device to update and palletize cartonsPrint and attach additional shipping/customs documents as neededUse hand or motorized pallet jack to transport pallets to machine wrapperMachine wrap pallets, attach pallet labels, and stage for carrier pickupPerform ongoing cleanup and empty trash at end of shiftAbility to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shiftAbility to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 45lbs during the assigned shift – 45lbs or less frequentlyAbility to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 40lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 35lbs or less frequently and 36-50lbs occasionallyAbility to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shiftAbility to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shiftAbility to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekendsExposure to wide range of temperaturesReading comprehension skills up to high school levelWriting skills up to high school levelMath skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtractionComputer skills – keyboard, mouse, desktop, portable scannerAttention to detailAbility to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environmentAbility to perform repetitive manual tasksAbility to work independently or in a group environmentAbility to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demandsAbility to meet and maintain production standardsAbility to maintain reasonably reliable attendanceAbility to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

Pay:  $18.00 an hour + $2.00 shift differential
