As a Shift Supervisor, you will report to Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1、Lead the production shift in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner according to established schedules and procedures, including:

2、 Inspect daily operations of operators. Implement IATF 16949 requirements during routine operations.

Keep process building working area in cleaning and well-organized conditions.

4、 Be the owner to check production batch card, make sure all defined production data are well recorded and total production yield and loss are in reasonable range.

5、Coordinate with PE, MC, Quality and OP teams for trouble shooting. Report and escalate any abnormal during operations. In night shift, act as site leader and coordinate with all the functions to make sure stable operations in safe way.

6、 As owner to take the tasks assigned by resin production manager and leadership team and complete efficiently, timely and in a safe and healthful manner.

7、 Be responsible for shift operators regular training and work evaluation, keep the team be well managed and engaged.
负责当班操作人员的定期培训和工作评估，保持团队的良好管理和参与。
8、Be the owner to collect and report quality finding, Near Miss, Idea Banks etc. issued by operators, to encourage the team to build EHS, Quality and continue improvement sense.
收集和报告操作工填写的质量发现、未遂事件、创意银行等，鼓励团队建立EHS、质量和持续改进意识。
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or at least 5 years’ production experience in chemical industry.
化学学士学位或5年以上化工生产经验。
2、With ability to read email and SOP in English.

3、 EHS and Quality sense to work in chemical plant is required. Must have the ability for trouble shooting.

Good Communication Skill. Strong Leadership skill, with experience to manage the team over 5 years.
