Your Responsibilities:• Responsibility for the leadership and management of employees during the shift• Coordination and ensuring on-time production• Planning and organizing shift assignments• Promoting employee development and conducting performance reviews• Responsibility for continuous improvement processes and process optimization• Preparation of reports and documentation

Completed training in a relevant fieldStrong sense of responsibility and team orientationPrecise working methods and a high level of quality awarenessStrong communication skillsVery good written and spoken German skills
