About the Role:

Serve as the functional subject matter expert and peer leader for the assigned area, ensuring operational excellence in safety, service, quality, and cost.

Provide hands-on support to teams, driving performance to exceed expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Lead by example within the assigned functional area, offering guidance and support to peers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth production operations.Actively support production activities, stepping in during shifts or breaks to maintain workflow and operational continuity.Collaborate with plant administration to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, promoting consistency and operational compliance.Assist Plant leadership in enforcing policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure operational efficiency.Act as the subject matter expert for specialized areas, such as forklift operations, pallet sorting, or repair lines, providing expertise and ensuring best practices are followed.Fulfil assigned production duties, ensuring quality and efficiency in line with plant performance goals.

Manage and develop operations staff in daily basis with good safety mind set.Manage & monitor productivities, warehouse capacity, and space utilization including complete relate record and reportCoach and build the fundamental & discipline of good operation to operative teamSupport and monitor daily stock balance, and other periodic stock count, and/or upon requested at service centre as well as other places upon requestEnsure quality matter is controlled, assessed, and responded within timelines.  Recording the statistic of inspection results within SLA and treat product correctly base on inspection results.Update and manage all production transactions in system with accuracy and on time.Advise, make decision, or escalate abnormal case found or tend to occur in operation
