WHAT YOU WILL DO

负责所在区域和岗位的安全、环保、职业健康、安保和产品监管，确保遵守相关的公司规定和国家法律法规。生产SOP的创建和更新带领一个区域轮班按照工厂需求进行生产活动，并负责本班所有相关事务。管理并对班组的EHSS绩效负责根据值班经理布置的生产计划负责整个装置操作和运行，及时充分与中控室和各岗位沟通，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内，保证质量和发货。及时判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题。协调其它班组和相关部门，促进整个工厂生产的正常进行。参与工厂设备的日常检查和执行自主维护，协调维修人员做预防性维护，推动故障设备及时检修。培训新员工，提升所有操作人员的生产技能.参与质量、安全事件和客户投诉的调查，并负责改正活动的具体实行。参与5S的例行检查，负责班组的5S改善，有序交接班

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

化工工艺专业及其它相关专业，中专以上学历。熟悉化工行业基本生产、安全环保、质量和技术等要求。能知道化工基本英文，会MS-Office.工作主动，具有团队合作精神。愿意做倒班工作
