The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

 

Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures for the department and property; standards of code of conduct, attendance, appearance, cash handling, confidentiality, safety, food safety/sanitation and finally, Signature Guest Service. Trains Desert Room Front of House Team Members in all aspects of the Front of House operation, including order taking, cash handling, sequence of service, administration of approved food safety/sanitation practices, and venue cleanliness. Ensure that all menu items are available for service.  Take corrective action to correct any product outages, including seeking assistance from leaders and the Culinary Team in order to satisfy any outages. Ensure the venue is properly always set up for efficient service, to include organizing, cleaning, and stocking, and condiments and inventory items. As needed, assumes various workstation positions within the venue, including taking and filling Guest Orders, assisting in Kitchen as needed, and answering calls and taking orders for Take-Out orders. Ensure accountability for all compliance issues, regulations, laws and health requirements as related to food and beverage operations. Investigate and report any deficiencies, system errors, or problem areas and provide corrective action to accomplish desired results. Coordinates and accurately record product transfers. Participate in the development and roll-out of special food and drink menu offerings. Place product and ingredient orders as directed according to current ordering guidelines/pars.  BRING US YOUR BEST.

Six (6) months experience in fast food, deli or concession, ala-carte restaurant preferred. Experience with deli equipment preferred. Adequate mathematical skills and the ability to understand and utilize a POS system/count money and provide change. Able to work varied shifts and hours. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  STAY IN THE GAME.
