Hire Resolve’s client in the mining industry is looking for a hands-on SHEQ Manager in Burgersfort, Limpopo.

 Responsibilities:

To lead the SHEQ Team in providing a totally integrated SHEQ function to the site and to influence Site Management to embed a culture of SHEQ excellence Enforce SHEQ and other related legislative requirements Align best practices and identify critical SHEQ focus areas through regular analysis of existing integrated site and group SHEQ activities Demonstrate expert leadership by empowering site line management and workers to adopt a culture of Zero Tolerance toward non-compliance with the ultimate goal of achieving Zero Harm

Requirements:

Relevant Degree or Diploma 8 years of experience with 3 years in a managerial position SAMTRAC Risk Management Certificate Risk Assessment Techniques/HIRA qualification COID, ODIMWA, and OHSA NEBOSH ICAM

Benefits:

Salary: R1M/yr – R1.5M/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
