Position Summary:
Person in this position provides services to clients in the Domestic Violence Shelter
Essential Job Functions:
Complete documentation of services on provided forms in a timely manner. Provides client supervision in daily activities and general program operations. Provides crisis counseling and support to victims and children. Presents groups and activities designed to support children who have witnessed domestic violence. Conduct and coordinate children’s groups and activities. Oversees overall facility maintenance and meal preparation. All “Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) duties as required. CACFP Duties to include: Meal count & Menu’s Daily point of service recordkeeping including meal count worksheets, menus, infant feeding records & food temperature log. Provides input into the client’s treatment needs and disposition. Assists other WestCare staff as needed in a collaborative manner to promote cooperation and portray a professional image to the community.
