Your Role

SHE managementResponsible to improve ISO14001/45001/50001 and AQ/T 9006 management system,Coordinate ISO14001/45001/50001 internal/external auditResponsible to follow Atlas Copco SHE policy and to achieve company SHE targetBe responsible to train all staff on SHE awareness and skillBe responsible for erection and commissioning site SHE auditRun and supervise daily activities of SHEOther tasks assigned by manager

Facility management

Manage facility property (building, power, water supply, air-conditioners…) to keep them in good condition, and cooperate with government on relative legal requirementsSupervise new investment of facility and responsible for legal approvalResponsible to follow Atlas Copco Lost Prevention Requirements

 
To succeed, you will need  

3 years job experience in a similar function.Heavy machine erection and commissioning site safety management experience is preferred.Experience in facility structure management and supervision.Good practical experiences in equipment and safety management in manufacturing plant.Safety engineer certification or equivalent experience preferred.Chinese/Mandarin mother tongue and very good command of written English is required.Proven computer skills: being professional in MS office.Knowledge of guidelines for facility management, SHE legal requirements.University degree in mechanical, process engineering or civil engineering.High level of receptiveness and coordinating abilities.Action and result oriented.High stress resistance and good team spirit.Very good communication and presentation skills.Proactive in approach, persistent in follow-ups.
