Your Role
Ensure SHE management system and strategy are up to date and fully compliance with legal requirement and group standards or policies. Ensure that SHE program is properly planned and managed so that employees will be involved in SHE activities and have necessary SHE competence. Set up plant SHE rules and relevant documents and make sure the effective implementation result. BCMS system optimized and implement within company.Provide professional technical support to related departments in SHE function. Be responsible for SHE training requried by VTBA and China legal.Ensure chemical management align with legal and AC requirement.Be responsible for contract management to be compliance with legal laws.To drive the company SHE awareness culture improvement. Ensure the company emergency response plans are up-to-date and in line with relevant legislations, organize the regular drills and practices. Manage and make sure all firefighting related requirements are fully in compliance with local and Group SHE requirements and keep the whole system in good condition etc. Related affairs handling from local government and maintain good communication with local government.Be responsible for driving safety standardization and Dual systems effective implementation within company.Lead Safe and Act Safe internal driving and implementing.
To succeed, you will need
More than 2+ years in multi-national company SHE related experience preferable.
Certified national safety engineer is required.
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Certified ISO14001& ISO45001 internal auditor is preferred.
High responsibilities, strong initiatives, good teamwork
Quick learning and adaptability
Professional knowledge on SHE related like machine guarding/LOTO/ergonomic engineering/PTW /CRW/Behavior Safety .
Good computer proficiency and advance knowledge of MS Office Suite, internet/intranet functionalities and specialized database applications.
