We are looking for someone with: 

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of studyMinimum 8 years’ experience in product, proposition/product marketing, or distribution functions and/or 8 years’ experience in Indonesia life insurance industry. Insurance sharia certification holder will be preferred.Demonstrated ability to learn about real customer perspectives.Good verbal and written communication to convey key ideas and results in a clear manner.Attention to detail, organizational skills and time management to balance multiple concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality output.Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, including with other departments

On the job you will: 

With support from Marketing team, conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and preferences of customers, and organize focus groups to gather insights from customers and/or sales force on new and existing product propositions.To support Head of Sharia Proposition during product ideation stage by develop relationships with distribution channel team, includes collecting sales force’s insights, addressing inputs, and obtaining approval from distribution channel team and/or other stakeholders when needed. Collaborate with Proposition Delivery team to provide inputs required for product development and implementation that align with product specification and review policy document outputs (both for OJK submission and implementation purpose). Develop sales materials, including training material, sales tools, sales pitch to enable agents / insurance specialists to understand and explain new and existing propositionsDeliver insights from analysis of successful propositions from other insurance markets, and competitive scan of the Indonesia insurance market.Support Head of Sharia Proposition to monitor and report actual experience post-launch against targeted sales, distribution and customer acceptance, and competitive landscape. Coordinate and support respective stakeholders (Proposition Delivery, Distribution Channel, Training & Development, and Marketing) to prepare and execute go-to-market/marketing plan strategy. Deliver clear and comprehensive documentation across proposition development, including Gate 1 & 2, Product Termsheet, Financial Projection, and Go-To-Market/Marketing plans
