NOTE: This is a onsite position in Downtown Los Angeles. Candidates need to be local to Los Angeles area and should be able to go onsite to Downtown Los Angeles

One of our clients in Los Angeles is looking for a SharePoint Developer with the following skills and experience:

Project Overview: This role involves developing a Safety SharePoint site to serve as a department-wide solution. The developer will manage all phases of the project, from scoping and design to deployment and user support.

This position requires an individual who can seamlessly combine technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a large-scale environment.

Key Technical Skills:

Project Management: Ability to effectively manage projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.Data Management: Expertise in managing document libraries within SharePoint, leveraging the platform as a records management system, and gathering and organizing data effectively.Automation: Proficiency in Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.SAP Integration: Experience with SAP systems, particularly for potential integration projects.SharePoint Site Development: At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint sites, with a proven track record of handling large-scale projects involving hundreds to thousands of users.Full Project Lifecycle Involvement: Participation in projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the development process.Technical Documentation: Strong skills in creating user support materials, technical development documents, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documentation.

Preferred Skills (Pluses):

Change Management: Experience in implementing organizational or project-specific change management strategies.Safety Management/Utilities: Familiarity with safety management systems and utilities-related projects.Data Integration (DI): Skills in data integration can enhance the role's impact and may influence the compensation.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement (15%): Participate in meetings to scope out project requirements and align deliverables with stakeholder expectations.Collaboration (15%): Work closely with 1-2 subject matter experts or business-side stakeholders to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.Independent Development (70%): Lead the development of the SharePoint site independently, ensuring it aligns with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
