We’re looking for a developer with the skills needed to build customized SharePoint business solutions from vision to production-ready system.

This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement system improvements. Using modern agile practices and the SharePoint platform, you’ll work with the development team to build customized business solutions for critical federal clients. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:

10+ years of experience with IT10+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture with SharePoint 2013 and 2016, and Office 365Experience with development in SharePoint Online, including Power Automate or Flow, Forms, and PowerApps, and supporting SharePoint migrations to Microsoft Office 365Experience with business process analysis, user requirements development and documentation, and system development life cycle (SDLC) programming and systems analysisExperience with hands-on development of SharePoint on-premises 2013 or 2016, building complex out of the box SharePoint Solutions using development tools, including InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML, or JQueryExperience using the SharePoint client object model (CSOM) to query lists, manipulating list items, creating on-demand reports and mashups of data, and delivering easy to understand contentExperience with C# or .NET SharePoint developmentActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
