Shared Services Leader and Workday Product Owner

The Shared Services Leader and Workday Product Owner will play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a shared services organization while also focusing on Workday product areas, including HCM, Recruiting, and People Experience. This role involves coaching and growing a team of shared services professionals, ensuring effective HRIS support, and implementing enhancement solutions to improve HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday, HRIS management, shared services operations, and team leadership.

What you'll do:

Workday Product OwnershipYou will own and drive the prioritization of functional enhancements and initiatives, and partner with IT on technical enhancements, initiatives, and release management.You will be the organization’s module expert, responsible for establishing long term system priorities and overall strategy in line with Workday’s roadmap and business objectives.Provide consultation and guidance to the respective functional areas on Workday processes to ensure understanding and increase adoption.Drive continuous improvement within Workday and across systems.Shared Services Organization Development:Lead the design and implementation of a shared services model for HR operations.Define and document processes, workflows, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure efficient service delivery.Collaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities for centralization and standardization of HR services.Team Leadership and Coaching:Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of shared services professionals.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in HR, Workday configuration & implementation, and shared services operations.Proven experience in building and leading teams in a shared services environment.Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and HRIS functionalities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience with HRIS integrations and data management is a plus.
