Shared Services Engineering Manager (Remote)

Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions. Provides application software development services typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment. Manages service level agreements by ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual commitments. Focuses on keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixes issues, tracks service metrics, manages budgets and helps lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients. Ensures that processes are efficient and cost-effective and aims to find ways to reduce costs without affecting the overall customer experience. Assesses customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is provided at all times and evaluates a customer’s experience against a set of customer satisfaction goals and criteria. Oversees employees in different stages of the delivery process and holds all service departments and employees within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks and providing great customer service.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

-Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across sub-functions

-Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy
Problem Solving:
-Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
Impact:
-Guided by functional strategy, impacts results of part of a function, division or region or facilitates the work done by other functions by providing support to impact the business
Interpersonal Skills:
-Negotiates and influences the opinions of others within the business unit and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience

Salary range $200,000.00 - $230,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
