Key Responsibilities:

Manage, lead and control mechanics Ensure all jobs are done according to a schedule IR/HR Responsibilities including but not limited to disciplinary action

 

Qualification and Experience:

Grade 12 Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience

Attention to detail Stress handling and resilience Rule orientation Problem solving Team player Decisiveness and action orienated Proven leadership experience Participative and strong communication skills Work autonomously and independently Good understanding of production analysis and flow Deadline driven
