Our client is searching for a Sewing Floor Mechanic The successful candidate will be required to service maintain and repair sewing machines in clothing factories and need to ensure high production efficiency at all times
Duties/ Responsibilities
Repairs and Maintenance to machines
Order spares
Service of all machines
Ensure smooth production flow
Installing and Adjusting machine parts
Dismantling machines and replacing worn or broken parts
Inspecting shafts and belts and repairing broken transmission belts and motors
Troubleshooting of issues
Requirements
Matric
Relevant qualification will be advantageous
5 years relevant and proven experience with clothing/ apparel manufacturers
Must have very good understanding and practical experience with machine pneumatics sensors belt drives etc
Salary Negotiable and based on experience
