What you will do 
Based in our Wiri head office, you will be part of the Scania Finance New Zealand Team you will be responsible to;
•    Coordination and Verification of customer documentation pertaining to settlement of Asset Finance contracts.
•    Liaise with the Branch network and Sales team to obtain all relevant documentation required for Settlement.
•    Settlement processing and the preparation of ancillary documents
•    Ensure effective working relationships exist across the company and within the Scania Group for the area of responsibility.
•    Support in the development and testing of process improvements in our Contract Management System
•    Process of bank payments and reconciliation of accounts.  Liaise with required departments for rejections and ad hoc payments prior to processing.  Investigate any deviations

Who you are
To be successful as a Settlement & Administrator Officer within our organisation, we believe that you will have;
•    Robust commercial acumen and risk awareness approach with relevant experience of the financial services sector
•    Previous contract settlement experience 
•    Strong stakeholder communication and time management skills
•    Ability to develop, implement and maintain strong  processes that meet legal compliance requirements
•    Exceptional internal and external customer service and administrative skills
