Our Customer care team provide Point of Contact for an assigned customers portfolio, which means managing Valves Complete units and spares orders coming from customers and Third parties and providing prompt and responsive service to sales clients to any incoming requests. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

As Services Specialist Customer Order and Fulfillment you are facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Activities are processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Also it includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. You will be contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team and be suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As Service Specialist Customer Order & Fulfillment you are responsible for:
Facilitating order management - process order intake, input into internal systems, connecting to customer portals and systems.
Supporting forecasting, billing and collection activities.
Being the key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process, work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
Collaborating other business units, contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
Handling standardized project processes (Guidelines for choosing the right actions, some latitude in ways of working and planning).
Dealing with targeted clients, working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
Have at least 3 years of experience in Valves Business
