Detailed Description
- Drive the renewal of Oracle Premier Support to existing customers.
- Responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory.
- Educate customers on business practices, value of support and any associated contractual implications.
- Meet productivity and operation expectations on outbound calls/SRs for renewals.
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Responsible for customer retention, win-backļ¼cancellation avoidance and KPI management.
- Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
Job Requirements
- Good command of Japanese, must be able to communicate and write in English, understand of Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong communication skills internally and externally
- Strong adaptability and anti-pressure ability
- Ability to work under strict procedures, timelines and compliance
- Good team player to collaborate with other specialization roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Work experience in sales or sales support role is highly preferred.
