Department OverviewDepartment Description
The Services Offer Management team is a part of Motorola's Global Services segment responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola Solutions's Managed, Support & Professional services offerings across all our portfolios. These individuals who are located globally are tasked with growing Motorola's business by creating services that go along with the Company's products to create solutions. This particular role is based in Vancouver, CA and focused on the Video Security and Access Control segment of Motorola Solutions.
Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, proactive leader who will work to understand the trends in the the fixed video security & access control market and identify opportunities where new services can be complementary to our products.

This individual will collaborate with various internal stakeholders including product teams, sales, marketing, and operations to define the vision and strategy for new service offersThey will partner with different teams across the corporation to enable the new service offers including pricing, orderability, execution, financial trackability, and invoicingA big element of the role is working with customers, both channel partners and end-users of our products, to understand the market needs and available opportunities for the companyThe role reports to the Director of Offer Management responsible for all service offers in video and software businesses, ~2B revenue

Basic Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferredMust have 3+ years of Services Product Management experience
