As a member of Automation Engineering team, you will work on producing mission-critical platforms, tools, and processes that will ensure highest levels of availability and reliability of all our applications. Required skills:

Proven experience working with ServiceNow’s Platform, CSM suites and its integration with ITSM and ITOM suites. Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, JavaScript.) Knowledge of managing Update Sets, Releases and Clones as it pertains to SDLC across multiple ServiceNow instances. Solid understanding of data structures, Application Scoping, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns. Experience implementing Service Catalog, CMS, MID Server, Integrations with LDAP, SSO and other applications external to ServiceNow. Expertise in System integration, such as web services, REST API's, SOAP, MID, AJAX and JSON. Experience with designing complex workflows, Domain separation and Integration with other 3rd party / client systems is a must. Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow, such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration and more. Perform a consulting role to understand and solve business problems to determine high level solution designs across App Engine, integrations, portals and various ServiceNow products to achieve higher efficiency. Provide design, planning, implementation, and development /delivery activities, addressing issues to deliver quality solutions to our customers. Code reviews for other developers and advice on best practice methodologies. Provide high-level estimations and guidance for breakdown of work into features, epics, and stories, including identifying the need for technical spikes. Create working demos and prototypes as necessary, prior to full deployment within the ServiceNow environment.

Experience:

Subject Matter expert for ServiceNow platform with 5+ experience in ServiceNow. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification. Application Integration and integration with 3rd party tools is a must. Designed and architected number of solutions aligned with client business need. Functional knowledge of IT infrastructure like Network, Firewall, Security, OS, Database, Backup, Storage, Middleware.

Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
