We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **ServiceNow Solution Architect** **THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO ALL MEXICO** _Tops Skills:_ • 1-5 years of hands-on working experience with Integrations, Infrastructure and other tasks in ServiceNow. • Strong experience working with ITSM and CMDB ServiceNow modules. **• Excellent English language proficiency** _Responsibilities:_ • Design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements and objectives. • Oversee the deployment and integration of ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow modules. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions. • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability. • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management. • Conduct regular assessments and audits of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement. • Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities. • Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure technology. • Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects and initiatives. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.
