**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Portfolio Manager** to lead and oversee our ServiceNow practice within a dynamic and fast-paced government contracting environment while also provide ServiceNow Technical Expertise on select contracts. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, contractual requirements, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Portfolio Management** :
+ Oversee the ServiceNow portfolio across multiple government contracts, ensuring project alignment with company goals and client requirements.
+ Prioritize and manage the pipeline of ServiceNow projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery timelines.
+ Actively managing staff to ensure each person is in a billable role including awareness of when their existing role concludes and the next role begins, coordinating future staffing needs across the company.
+ Monitor portfolio performance, report KPIs, and recommend improvements to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
+ **Client Engagement** :
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related client interactions, building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
+ Develop strategies to expand ServiceNow services within existing client bases.
+ **Leadership and Collaboration** :
+ Lead cross-functional teams of ServiceNow developers, architects, and consultants, providing direction and ensuring delivery excellence.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives for ServiceNow growth and service offerings.
+ **Innovation and Optimization** :
+ Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education** :
+ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
+ **Technical Skills** :
+ Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and integrations.
+ Understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application in ServiceNow environments.
+ **Soft Skills** :
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decision-making.
+ Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
**Preferred Certifications:**
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
+ PMP or PgMP Certification
