Your mission will be…

Liaise between the HR department and the development team to understand the organization's HR-related requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other HR systems, such as ERP solutions, using REST-based APIs; Collaborate with the development team to design and develop secure, scalable, and efficient REST-based APIs for data exchange between ServiceNow and other HR applications; Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations during the integration process; Coordinate the testing and implementation of the ServiceNow HR integration solutions; Provide guidance and support to the HR department on the use of the integrated ServiceNow HR module.


We are looking for someone with…

Proven experience in managing the integration of ServiceNow with various HR systems, including ERP solutions; Profound knowledge of ERP system integrations, especially via REST web services, including design of REST-based APIs and understanding of authentication methods; Extensive experience in general Human Resource Management systems and requirements definition for HR applications; Ability to understand abstract business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Strong communication and mediation skills to work effectively with both the development team and HR stakeholders; Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization is highly valued; Knowledge of Workday HR module or SAP HR module is desirable; Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations is preferable.
