The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DPR implementation and a strong background in ServiceNow architecture, release process design, business analysis, and administration. While development work is not a primary responsibility for this role, the contractor should possess development expertise in order to assign tasks to our client's development team and provide training on DPR. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $75 - $100 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Architectural Design/Review: Design and review the DPR architecture to ensure it meets business needs and aligns with best practices + Business Process Consulting: Provide expert advice on business processes to optimize the implementation of ServiceNow DPR. + Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering: Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure the solution meets the needs of stakeholders. + Development Work: Assist with development tasks, including assigning and guiding application development tasks as needed. + Strategic Planning: Develop and produce process and DPR process roadmaps and assist with initial rollout and a path towards increased process maturity in the future + Ad-hoc Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the success of the implementation. + Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure the 5/3 ServiceNow admin and release team are proficient with the new system. **Initial Focus Areas:** + Technical Support: Provide technical leadership for the implementation of Digital Product Release, focusing on: + Implementing DPR + Configuring DPR + Setting up products + Setting up reporting + Governance policy creation + Maintaining out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible while customizing to meet 5/3 specific requirements where necessary **Specific Guidance Needed:** + Product Creation: Offer guidance on the creation of products and their role within the CSDM v4 (or version 5) ecosystem. + Policy and Template Creation: Assist in the creation of policies and templates. + Integration Opportunities: Provide insights on integration opportunities and help prioritize them based on best practices from other clients. + DPR and Change Management: Advise on how DPR and Change Management can work together, including any necessary adjustments. **Experience Requirements:** **Qualifications:** + Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, particularly Digital Product Release. + Strong background in business process consulting, architectural design, and business analysis. + Proficiency in development work, including custom applications. + Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to produce detailed roadmaps. + Experience in platform management and providing technical support. + Strong communication and training skills. + Ability to work on an Agile team and follow Agile methodologies **Must Have Skills:** + 1-2 years of Scrum experience + Business Analysis experience + CSDM version 4 + Background developing strategic roadmaps + ITIL Certification + ServiceNow Architecture + ServiceNow Development + ServiceNow DPR + ServiceNow ITSM + Strong Communications Skills + Training experience _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
