ServiceNow has evolved into an enterprise service management tool within Rank's ecosystem. This tool is no longer confined to IT alone; other business areas such as Support Hub Payroll, HR, Rewards, F&B, Marketing are now using it for their daily operations to support our venues and corporate users. The ServiceNow developer is responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow platform that Rank utilizes to manage its operations.
Job DescriptionDevelop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet organizational requirements.Administer ServiceNow instances, including configuration, customization, and overall platform management.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.Design and implement user interfaces, data tables, business rules, client scripts, and notifications.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its integrations.Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls to ensure appropriate data security and access levels.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members on ServiceNow-related matters.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends, applying them to improve existing processes and systems.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and standards.QualificationsStrong developer background skills which includes Java Script, Web technologies - HTML or XMLProficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.Demonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change.
