Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant/Developer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant/Developer who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, with deep expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) , Employee Center , Catalog Definition , and Service Modeling . You will be responsible for customizing and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• ServiceNow Development & Implementation :
• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSDM , Employee Center , and Service Catalogs .
• Implement and maintain Service Models , ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Customize workflows, develop ServiceNow applications, and integrate them with third-party systems as required.
• Configure Service Catalogs , define services, and manage request workflows.
• CSDM and Service Modeling :
• Apply Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards to align ServiceNow data with the organization’s service management strategy.
• Develop and maintain a logical service model using CSDM principles.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and enhance the Service Model to reflect accurate relationships and dependencies.
• Employee Center :
• Design and implement solutions within the Employee Center module to improve employee experience and self-service capabilities.
• Enhance the user interface and workflows to provide an intuitive, seamless service experience for employees.
• Consulting and Stakeholder Engagement :
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT and business teams during the deployment of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting :
• Perform ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform configuration, data integrity, and performance.
Qualifications:
• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience :
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with expertise in CSDM , Employee Center , Catalog Definition , and Service Modeling .
• Proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including advanced configurations and customizations.
• Experience working in an ITIL-based environment and implementing best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience in scripting using JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, or other relevant languages in ServiceNow development.
• Languages :
• Bilingual in English and Spanish : Must be fluent in both languages (written and spoken), as the role involves working with global teams and communicating technical concepts clearly in both languages.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CSM, or relevant module
• ITIL Foundation Certification
Skills and Competencies:
• Technical Skills :
• Expertise in configuring and managing ServiceNow CSDM , Service Catalogs , and Employee Center .
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Service Model configuration and best practices.
• Proficiency in designing and developing workflows, integrations, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to create custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and service portal pages.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain technical solutions in non-technical terms.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results.
