ServiceNow Business Analyst – IT Business Management

Enable key financial stakeholders with ServiceNow tool and process automation solution implementations via using the IT Business Management suit, financial-, project portfolio management and agile capabilities of ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities:

Perform business analyst activities such as requirement solicitation, solution option assessments, process design, end-user documentation and training to support the implementation of internal and external facing IT Business Management capabilities. Work closely with Business Management Product owners and Business Portfolio Representatives to plan, build and accelerate their Product Roadmap through their Annual and Quarterly Business Review (ABR &QBR) cycles. Act as a bridge between the Business Stakeholders and the multilocation and a multivendor based ServiceNow Operations and Build teams Work with Agile teams in a scrum-based environment Define business requirements and ensuring those requirements are written unambiguously, clearly and concisely such that they are implementable, understandable, testable and traceable by the developer team. Drive and participate in new financial and project management application initiation workshops contribute to application blueprint definition Work closely and interactively with the business stakeholders as a primary point of contact for identifying, assessing and documenting requirements for new business opportunities. Established implementation standards, guidelines and tooling solutions, evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, risks and dependencies. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive their implementations.

Job requirements:

Essential skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow Extensive experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation Exposure to ServiceNow ITBM modules Experience working in an agile manner and environment including experiance with using agile project management softwares (E.g. Jira, Azure Devops) Strong people management skills with experience of multicultural development and operation teams Experience with software development and delivering capabilities in a global environment Ability to capture and design requirements and processes that focus on the user experience (MS Visio knowledge is an advantage) Experience in documentation QA and Requirements gathering, Requirements validation and functional Design documentation on an agile team Experience in conducting and document due-diligence for customer tools, process and projects Creative self-starter, ability to apply knowledge and skills to new business opportunities. Passion for leading and delivering business value to customer
