Service Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Diesel Truck Service Writer to join our client's team. As a Service Writer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients' service or repair work. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and coordinating repairs.
Perks & Benefits:Benefits and DPSP plan being offered.Generous hourly payPaid overtimeResponsibilities:Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly welcome.Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services.Generate repair orders and obtain necessary approvals from customers.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.Request and track POs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Handle cash transactions process payments, and file documents.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs.Qualifications:Completion of High school required.Previous experience in a customer service role in an Diesel truck or equipment repair settingStrong customer service skills.Knowledge of Diesel Truck repair and maintenance procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in the use of computers.
