**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Service Technician, you will work in a shop environment where you will be responsible for repairing modular trailers. Your primary tasks will involve floor repair, window and door replacement, painting, weather stripping, and basic carpentry and electrical repairs. Additionally, you will ensure the trailers are cleaned to a standard similar to that of an apartment. **Responsibilities** + Repair modular trailers, including floor repair and installation. + Replace and repair windows and doors. + Perform painting and weather stripping tasks. + Conduct basic carpentry and electrical repairs. + Clean trailers to apartment-like standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor, production, hand tools, and power tools. + Proficient in repair and construction tasks. + Ability to troubleshoot and install various components. + Attention to detail and ability to repeat processes accurately. + Positive attitude and punctuality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to mesh well with the current team. + Appreciation for a variety of music genres including Rock, Rap, and Country. + Interest in sports and video games is a plus. **Why Work Here?** You will join a dynamic team that values teamwork and camaraderie.
