You will report to the Non-US Service Manager Europe and will be mainly responsible for customer service in Romania.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Independently solving the service related tasks in the field of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and machine operation and performs the service intervention Supporting the commissioning of the machines to customer Supporting the customers in solving the technical issues - mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and machine operation Collaborating with other departments to optimally solve the technical issues at customers Participating and supporting the internal acceptance of the machines Participating with others to optimally eliminate the repetitive technical issues Providing feedback from service interventions Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor Execution of warranty and after-sales service interventions at customer facilities

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum bachelor degree (preferred mechatronics/electrical/mechanical ) Minimum 2 years of experience in industries - practice in machines service is required Experience in reading user documentation (electrical/mechanical/ pneumatics/hydraulics) Expertise in SIEMENS Simatic S7 programming is advace Valid regulation for electrotechnical works Good command of English and Polish - (ability to communicate independently with customers) MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows XP Willingness to frequent travel
