Minimum requirements:
Must have completed Grade 12 National Diploma - Engineering/Electrical Recognized Network Administrator qualification, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTNA) 2 Years working experience in a similar environment Solid Network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing basics, understanding of VoIP principles Should possess good communication skills and resourceful in problem solving, planning and implementing pro-active processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention Any RF Telecommunication knowledge and experience will be advantageous Responsibilities will include but not limited to VSAT installation support, Customer Support and Service within the service team Responsible for liaising with the Satellite Operator and Field Engineers to bring the new sites into the network and interacting with the customers, vendors, satellite operators for resolution of service related problems Responsible for working with Satellite Communication Equipment Vendors, VSAT Service Providers and Teleport Operators
