1. Sales of service products like the standard service contract, preventive maintenance , compliance service, software upgrading, education service and multi vendors service and customized solution within assigned territories. Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, referring more complex leads to others to convert.
2、 Improve connection rate, warranty conversion rate by implement different sales tactics and business plan, cowork with local engineers to improve coverage for small accounts and remote customers.
3、 Closely work with marketing team , service delivery team and instrument sales team to contribute to business growth.
4、 Effectively seeks and penetrates new accounts in target business, new customers and focus on key accounts.
5、 Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively
Qualifications1、Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food, Material Pharm, Environment or related discipline. Or at least 2-3 years sales experiences with bachelor degree in laboratory / chemical products, service sales background is preferred.
2、A good knowledge of analytical instrument service products and analytical instrument markets.
3、Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications.
4、Able to make business plans that are consistent with service products and strategy.
5、Highly motivated creative and result oriented. able to work with minimum supervision.
6、Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
