Join us and we can make a difference together. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assisting Outside Sales Reps in Customer Site visits + Supporting controls and service agreement estimation + Shadowing on ALC operation job sites + Learning how to leverage your STEM background into a technical sales role + Learning ALC BMS Controls and HVAC industry nuances + Learning Business Operations **Required Qualifications:** + Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, HVAC, Building Automation, or Construction Management + Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher + Open to traveling with Service Sales Reps or Account Managers over 50% of the work week for local assignments, including occasional overnight stays + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with a Salesforce.com or similar Customer Resource Management tool (CRM) + Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision + Self-motivated to complete assigned projects + Strong interpersonal skills + Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite \#LI-hybrid \#EarlyCareers RSRCAR **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
