SUMMARY

Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Service RSR to our team in Roseville, MN. The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to sales and service at Renewal by Andersen retail locationsAnswers phone calls, determines nature of business, and directs individuals to appropriate resourceSorts, alphabetizes and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systemsSearches records and files for specific dataPost entries in books of account, ledgers or other record keeping logsPerforms routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form lettersCoordinates mailing, copying and other administrative projectsMaintains stock levels of supplies & brochuresWorks under regular supervision, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgment in applicationServe as a department project team member and may perform routine special orders/requestsMaintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs


QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1-year customer service experienceBasic word processing and spreadsheet skillsAbility to develop and establish good interpersonal relationshipsDemonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environmentGood phone etiquette and verbal/writing skillsCustomer orientationFlexibility & positive outlookListening skillsDetail orientation

SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401 contribution, paid time off, paid standard and floating holidays, a robust employee wellbeing program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. The pay range for this position is $19.20-$27.80 per hour.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
