Job Title: Service Receptionist
Job Description:
Responsible in answering all incoming telephone calls, satisfying customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, arranging appointments, and conducting pre- and post-service follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Receive guest inquiries either personally or through telephone and direct inquiries or telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary and determine if the inquiries can be handled by the receptionist and satisfy the customers’ reason for calling if possible Conducts pre- and post-service follow-up and assists the Service Advisors in contacting customers whose vehicles are scheduled for maintenance check-up or services Answers all incoming service department calls according to the company's policies and good telephone etiquette and takes the message or inquiries and routes them to the concerned associates or staff for resolution or mitigation. Assists the service advisors in contacting guests/customers whose vehicles have been serviced to inform them that their vehicles are ready for delivery or pick-up. Takes written message for occupied personnel and notifies them as soon as possible regarding pending issues or arranges appointments for the guests if the meeting does not take place.Qualifications:
Minimum: Diploma in Automotive or Equivalent English Language: Basic knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Minimum 1 year experience in as receptionist great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
