Job Description

1、Define training service local strategy.
2、Creation of training service product portfolio, Define product program/roadmap
3、Develop new product ideas/roadmap/driving innovation/trend scouting, Develop business case for product launch and implement product introduction process
4、Assure phase-in and phase-out process, Product lifecycle management
5、Market and competitor Analysis
6、Price and data management
7、Support solution of customer claims / Customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS)

Qualifications

1. Ladership and after-market service experience
2. Industry knowledge and global perspective
3. experience in product management and product strategy development
4. familiar with service or product innovation process
5. Market analysis experience

7. English communication

Working Location: Shanghai or Beijing
