Service Practitioner

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT services and driving continuous improvement? Join Unisys as a Service Practitioner, where you'll play a key role in ensuring service excellence for our clients through ITIL-based processes and strong service coordination.

About the Role

As a Service Practitioner, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing IT service delivery activities, focusing on incident, problems, request, and change management. You'll coordinate efforts between internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure service levels are met and continuously improved.

What You'll Do

Drive daily service management activities, including:

Monitoring and validating change management processes

Leading post-implementation reviews

Analyzing root cause data and identifying trends

Reviewing and optimizing service request and standard change catalogs

Lead key process meetings (e.g., Daily Operations, Change Advisory Board, Problem Review Board) with clients and strategic partners

Ensure high-quality communication and professional presentation standards across all interactions

Contribute to and report on continuous service improvement initiatives

Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend project-based solutions

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to manage Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes

Take corrective action to resolve any service level or compliance issues, ensuring alignment with client expectations

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Strong understanding of ITIL practices

Experience in coordinating and managing IT service processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
