Vixxo is seeking a full-time Service Operations Manager to be based in Dallas, TX
THE ROLE:
Directs and manages a team of Inventory and Control Logistic Specialists who work independently to provide outstanding customer service through timely delivery service, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions throughout an assigned territory. Oversee scheduling and training of specialists. Ensure all activity of assigned service territory is productive, provides excellent service to the customer, and manages overall profitability.

Manage activities between Vixxo, the customer, and inventory specialists Drive Productivity and manage multiple territory budgets Provide initial support assistance to a team of specialists Field monitoring of employees: interactions with customers, truck/van organization, work habits on-site Manage escalated issues/calls Arrange support and resources for technicians Approval of timecards, plan and manage coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays Monitor and manage specialist's performance and quarterly review process Hire and coordinate training of new specialistsQUALIFICATIONS:
5 year’s experience managing up to geographically distributed field technicians/specialists Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment Ability to create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork throughout the organization, effectively establish priorities, and develop objectives, goals, and action plans to meet or exceed customer expectations. Proven ability to lead, coach, delegate, and inspire in a positive and effective manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word- experience with databases is a plus A high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork, and creative energy to achieve success Able to travel up to 25% overnight annually and be on-call Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read and interpret reports Ability to multi-taskWHY VIXXO:
