Location of position: Remote - but Eastern/Central Time Zone preferred (International Calls as part of scope)
As our Service Operations IT Integration Specialist, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in IT integration, system architecture, or a related field to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Field. Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT integration or system architecture.

This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any location within the area of the role’s scope of responsibility.
The national hiring range for this role is $80,200.00 – $116,050.00 USD. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan (50/50) with a target of 10% based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
