Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Service Now Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Service Now Business Analyst will work closely with business units to understand processes, pain points, and requirements related to ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
* Collaborate with developers and architects to design scalable, efficient, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions
* Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT testing
* Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and measure platform effectiveness
* Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures
* The Service Now Business Analyst will support change management and training efforts to ensure successful adoption of new features
* Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
