Service Regional Marketing & Sales Manager for LATAM

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be reporting to the Service Regional Marketing & Sales Manager for LATAM and will be responsible to lead and develop the service sales team to exceed the sales targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, develop and ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy nationally aligned with global service priori-ties and local strategic direction, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business area for Service division based in Mexico City.Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.•\tLeading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).•\tOverseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.•\tDefining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have a minimum 10 years experience in the low voltage and medium voltage market with strong leadership experience.\tPossess a Sales and marketing understanding, general knowledge of customer products, applications and processes, excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations.\tYou have a good knowledge in contract and risk management, understand and use sales processes and related tools, knowledge of health and safety procedures.\tYou have the ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings, ability to find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements, ability to accurately estimate costs of service offerings, takes steps to share and leverage cooperation and knowledge across the organization.\tYou are at ease communicating in English and Spanish in a fluent level.\tBachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
