In our region, we collaborate cross functionally in the Flow with all the connecting functions making sure that what really matters to our customers happens. We are a management team of 11, all located in different countries, and we meet virtually on a weekly basis and quarterly F2F. What you will do
Delivering excellent service to our dealers and at the same time adapting rapidly to a changing environment requires many stakeholders to operate in harmony in the Flow:
The role of the General Manager orchestrates these activities to ensure great service to the dealers and implement exciting changes when needed. You will be the key person for creating a strong cooperation with the market companies and with all SML functions all connected through cross functional work in the Flow. You, as well, have the responsibility to develop and grow your team members and the site operations. This position takes the responsibility of two distribution centers, Vienna and Bucharest, and is located in Vienna. Expatriate could be possible for this position.
