Your role and responsibilities

As a Service Manager – SEAM Core Advisory, you will implement our service strategy and drives service growth at the respective unit level. Our Service Manager leads the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources.Responsibilities: • Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the ELSE SEAM management team.• Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses. • Executes service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility. • Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration. • Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS). • Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility. • Drives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). • Runs the day-to-day service business of SEAM Core Advisory to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. • Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction. • Invests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. • Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

10+ years of experience in senior-level operations role in electrical engineering, safety, or electrical distribution environment 10+ years of experience managing or supervising operations team(s) Strong background in managing P&L for multiple lines of business Bachelor's degree in business operations, electrical engineering, or similar Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
