Service Manager II-Security

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

 

Lead implementation of security system projects, recognized as project leaderManage technology evaluation in sales process across multiple projectsPlan, organize, and direct activities for Service Coordinator and security techniciansGenerate estimates, price service charges, and ensure project profitabilityInterface with customers to ensure deliverable quality and accuracyDevelop operational strategies for service efficiency and customer satisfactionLead installation and service teams, prioritize workflow for efficiencyManage local scheduling, promote goal achievement, and empower teamsDevelop new opportunities, enhance customer service, and improve processesMaintain and present MCA’s value proposition to partners and customersEvaluate and negotiate proposals and scopes of workReport monthly revenue forecasts to General ManagerCommunicate effectively with team membersSupport company values, culture, and technician productivityMaintain knowledge of operating and safety policies, oversee team developmentCoordinate personnel travel and manage monitoring and maintenance contractsOversee subcontractor performance, maintain scheduling, and invoicingCoordinate material procurement and ensure timely deliveryManage spare parts inventory and stay current with industry standardsProvide security concept training and quality control for technicians

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: 

3-5 years experience in security Manages recurring maintenance $100 - $800KAbility to manage mid to large projectsDrives maintenance contract renewalsFormal Learning ETA Certified Service Manager CETa or CET journeyman (ETA.org) GRETP0004 - MR Project Manager (Certification Bundle)Efficiency & Teamwork:Able to schedule multiple projects with daily business and drives WIP completion with oversight Highly resourceful, sometimes needs assistance from GM/Operations MgrDetailed training and certification plansCustomer Service & Communication:Excellent documentation, familiar with work ticket processes and products Identifies new service opportunities with customers.Leadership & Work Habits:Creates high team morale Provides frequent and effective feedback Advocates MCA safety vision/goals

 

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.  

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 

Must have the ability to travel as needed. Some overnight travel may be expected.
